COMPUTERFIX S.R.L., legal entity with headquarters in Focșani, 54 Mitropolit Varlaam str., ap. 17, Vrancea County, registered at the Trade Registry Office under no. J39/377/2003, having fiscal identification code 15486678 (hereinafter referred to as "UP-Robotics"), is interested in respecting the confidentiality of your personal data and wishes to inform you, hereby, in relation to the way in which we collect , we use, store, transfer and disclose or otherwise process your personal data through this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

This data protection policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Protection Policy") applies to all visitors to the Site and covers all services offered by UP-Robotics through the Site.

Your correct information, as a user of this Site, is important to us, so we will explain in detail, in the following lines, what data we collect from you, how we use it, for what purpose we use it and which are your rights in this context.

It is important to say what we mean when we use the expression PERSONAL DATA – any data about a natural person, which can lead, directly or indirectly, to the identification of that person. By way of example, this includes: first and last name, any identification number, any location information and any other online identifier such as the device used to access the Internet, IP address or information obtained through cookies.

Personal data are processed in compliance with the provisions of European Regulation no. 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("the Regulation").

If you do not agree with this Data Protection Policy, it must be said that you may not be able to use some of the functionalities of this Site.

1. The personal data we collect and how we collect it

We inform you that we use your data only to the extent that we have your consent, if the processing is necessary for the execution of the distance sales contract or for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

In terms of the personal data we collect, it is as follows:

· for the purpose of registering the user account on the Site, the following personal data are used: name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address;

· for the conclusion and execution of the distance sales contract, respectively for placing orders on the Site and for their honoring by us (which would involve sending an e-mail to the address indicated by you to confirm the order, invoicing, drawing up the formalities of delivery of ordered products), it is necessary to enter some personal data, as follows: name, surname, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number;

· for the assistance and support activity of the users, the following personal data are collected: name, surname, e-mail address. If you contact us through the Site, we may keep copies of that correspondence which may contain personal data;

· for marketing purposes, respectively for the periodic sending of promotional offers related to our products, the e-mail address of the users is collected;

· for the refund of the price of the returned products, those personal data will be used which, in accordance with the method of refund (bank/cash transfer) and the legal provisions in force, are mandatory for completing the refund documents.

The collection of Personal Data covered by this Data Protection Policy is carried out by your provision of Personal Data by completing and accepting the registration form, the order form, as well as every time you send us an e- mail or any form of electronic message containing Personal Data.

It is not mandatory to provide other additional data, unless expressly requested in the form. If such additional data is, however, provided by you and entered into our database, it will be processed in accordance with this Data Protection Policy, if it represents Personal Data and if it is necessary to fulfill the purposes Processing. Under no circumstances will special categories of Personal Data (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious confession, genetic data, biometric data, etc.) be collected or processed in any way.

Therefore, we have taken all the technical measures so that you are not obliged to provide us with any data (everything is optional), but it is good to know that, in the absence of providing personal data, it is possible that certain parts of the Site may not work properly, we may not be able to collaborate or notify you about products in our portfolio that you may be interested in.

2. The purpose of processing Personal Data

The main purpose of the processing of your Personal Data by UP-Robotics consists in taking orders for the products sold by us through this Site and honoring these orders, which also involves carrying out the delivery formalities and fulfilling the legal invoicing obligations.

We note that your Personal Data may also be used for the purpose of sending you periodic e-mail newsletters and/or alerts to keep you informed of our news related to the products we sell. Of course, we will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have consented to this.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes at any time by accessing the unsubscribe link provided in the content of the email notification. Withdrawal of consent will be possible at any time, simply and without having to provide a justification. By withdrawing consent, you will be unsubscribed from receiving periodic newsletters and/or alerts.

3. Duration of data processing

Regarding the period for which your Personal Data will be processed, we note that UP-Robotics intends to process this data while your account is active.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

The only entities that have access to the personal data of the users of this Site are the agencies or suppliers with whom we collaborate based on contracts containing confidentiality clauses, without which we could not carry out our activity.

UP-Robotics may disclose Personal Data to contractual partners, suppliers of goods or services and to its representatives (entities that process personal data on behalf and on behalf of UP-Robotics), based on the contracts concluded with them that contain, as I have previously mentioned, confidentiality clauses, for the same purposes for which UP-Robotics processes Personal Data, respectively for taking over and honoring the orders placed by the user. All these recipients agree and commit to UP-Robotics to use the Personal Data according to the clauses of this Data Protection Policy and for the purposes included herein.

The data we collect from you is stored on the UP-Robotics server hosted by Hosterion SRL.

We may also disclose Personal Data to affiliates of Up-Robotics, a buyer/acquirer/assignee in the event of a restructuring, merger, reorganization, dissolution or any other form of sale of the Company or part thereof, including in a proceeding liquidation, bankruptcy, or any similar procedure, if applicable.

5. Security of personal data processing

Up-Robotics is committed to ensuring the security of your Personal Data. For this purpose, Up-Robotics applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access, as well as against any other form of illegal processing. Our website is protected by computer security measures implemented by the website programmer.

Please note that the safety and security of Personal Data may also depend on you. Where we have given you or you have chosen a password for access to (certain parts of) the Site(s), you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. As such we request that you do not disclose your password to anyone.

6. User Rights

According to the applicable legislation, as a data subject, you have the following rights:

1. the right of access to processed personal data - meaning the right to obtain from us a confirmation that we are or are not processing personal data concerning you and, if so, access to said data and the conditions under which they are processed, by making a request in this regard using the contact data on the Site;

2. the right to intervene on personal data (also called the right to request the rectification of processed personal data) - meaning the possibility to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data, the completion of incomplete data, by sending a request in this regard using the contact data on the Site;

3. the right to object at any time, free of charge, to the data concerning you being processed (also called the right to withdraw your consent to the processing) - if this is based on your consent, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out up to that point. This leads to account deactivation.

4. the right not to be subject to an individual decision based on automatic processing - meaning the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles, which would produce legal effects on you or affect you in -a significant measure;

5. the right to address the competent courts and/or file a complaint before the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data,

6. the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data (also called the "right to be forgotten");

7. the right to personal data portability - meaning the possibility to request the moving, copying or transfer of your existing data in our database to another database in a structured, commonly used and readable format automatically, only in cases where the processing is based on your consent or the execution of a contract and is carried out by automatic means;

8. the right to request the restriction of processing to the extent permitted by the applicable law - meaning the right to obtain from us the restriction of processing in certain cases, respectively when:

· consider that the data processed by us are inaccurate, until they are rectified;

· the processing is illegal, but you do not want us to delete your data;

· The company no longer needs the personal data for the above-mentioned purposes, but you request them to establish, exercise or defend a right in court; or

· you objected to the processing, for the period of time in which we check whether the legitimate rights of the Company prevail over your rights;

7. Minors

This Site is not intended for minors under the age of 18. As such, we do not knowingly process Personal Data of minors under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age and have accessed our page, please do not register on the Site, do not send us any information about yourself and contact your parents/guardians. If we become aware that we have collected , without the consent of the legal representative required by law, Personal Data belonging to a minor under the age of 18 we will delete that information, unless we have a legal obligation not to delete that data, in which case we will act according to the legal obligation . This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the information privacy or other practices of any third party websites, including any third party operating any website or web property (including but not limited to any application ) that is available through this Site or to which this Site contains a referral link. The availability or inclusion of a link to any such website does not imply its endorsement by UP-Robotics or responsibility in any form by UP-Robotics for such website, and this Data Protection Policy does not apply to those websites- hate. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of each third-party site you access.

Instead, this Data Protection Policy covers our advertising and applications on third-party websites, if that advertising and applications contain references to this policy.

9. Updates to the Data Protection Policy

We may periodically change this Data Protection Policy. Please check the "Last updated" legend at the top of this Data Protection Policy e. Any changes to this Data Protection Policy will be effective when the revised Data Protection Policy is posted on the Site.
